Sileranda Paul Mallum brings over 14 years of extensive program management and technical expertise to the CRSD Nigeria Board of Trustees, with a specialized focus on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Education in Emergencies (EiE), and peacebuilding. Holding a Master’s degree in integrated water resources management and a Bachelor’s in Engineering, alongside his active membership in the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), he provides critical technical oversight and strategic guidance on infrastructure, resource management, and project quality assurance. His distinguished career spans leadership and coordination roles with prominent organizations such as Plan International, Creative Associates International, and RUWASSA, where he has successfully driven community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and complex emergency responses across Northeast Nigeria. With deep competencies in conflict sensitivity, gender equity, and robust monitoring and evaluation, Sileranda ensures that CRSD’s strategic initiatives remain technically sound, contextually adaptive, and firmly aligned with international humanitarian and engineering standards.
